OH NO! SOMETHING HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY, WHAT NOW?

On the rare occasion that your order arrived damaged or faulty please contact us immediately via Facebook or email: zhisdyejhewue@outlook.com
with photographs of the damage or fault. All damages/faults must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. We will not replace or refund any orders that are reported after this time period.

We will happily replace your damaged product free of charge or offer
full refund on an item that is classified as faulty. Unfortunately we do not
offer refund on change of mind purchases but are happy to exchange goods at the customers expense.
